Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

If you have purchased goods from us, they must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Throughout the expected lifespan of your product, you have the following legal rights:
1. Within the first 30 days of receiving the goods: If the goods are faulty, do not meet your needs, or are falsely advertised, you are entitled to a full refund. The return must be initiated within this 30-day period, as reports after the 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Within a 1 year period from the date of purchase: If your goods develop a fault within this timeframe, you have the right to request a replacement or repair of the product.
If you have purchased an item from us, they must meet the criteria of being as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
AHM Electronics provides a 1-year warranty starting from the date you receive the goods. Within this period, if you discover any defects or faults in the item, you are entitled to a replacement free of charge.
Upon reporting the goods as defective, we may request you to return them to us. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a pre-paid label or arrange a collection.
If we supply you with repaired or replacement goods, all shipping costs will be covered by AHM Electronics. The warranty period will retain its original expiration date, even after the replacement, ensuring continuous coverage.
In the case of an upgraded replacement, the warranty expiration date will remain unaffected.
If you have made a purchase from us and wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. If the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched, a full refund will be issued. In case the order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel, but you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. Please be aware of the following details:
Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. No specific reason is required, although we appreciate any feedback you may provide. If the goods are delivered in multiple installments, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the final delivery.
Notification of Cancellation: Inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us, preferably via email at info@ahmelectronics.com
Goods Inspection: You are allowed to inspect your purchases before returning them to ensure suitability. However, a reasonable deduction may be made from your refund for any damage or wear and tear to the returned products.
Return Costs: We will not cover the costs of returning an item unless it is faulty (refer to the section above titled ‘Your rights if the goods are defective’). It is essential to take reasonable care in packaging and returning the cancelled goods; otherwise, we may deduct the value of any damage from your refund.
Enhanced Delivery Service: If you opted for an enhanced delivery service (such as next day delivery), the refund will be for our standard delivery rate only.
If you are eligible for a refund for goods purchased from us, the reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in a good, resaleable condition. Failure to meet these conditions entitles us to either provide a partial refund or reject your request.
Customers are obligated to keep all original packaging materials for a period of 30 days from the date of product delivery. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, boxes, protective materials, and labels. The original packaging may be required in the event of a return or warranty claim to streamline the process. Not retaining the packaging for the stipulated duration may impact eligibility for returns, exchanges, or warranty services.
