Warranty Policy
**1. Warrenty Cover**
AHM Electronics Ltd provides a 12-month warranty on all products purchased directly from us online or in person. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect those rights.
**2. Warranty Period:**
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for 12 months.
**3. What Is Covered:**
During the warranty period, AHM Electronics will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective parts or the entire product. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
**4. What Is Not Covered:**
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or any circumstances beyond normal usage.
**5. Making a Warranty Claim**
To make a warranty claim, please email info@ahmelectronics.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs or video showing the fault.
Proof of purchase is required. If the product needs to be returned, we will provide return instructions. Where the claim concerns a confirmed fault covered by this warranty or your statutory rights, AHM Electronics will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product.
UK consumer law requires the trader to bear reasonable return costs when faulty goods are validly rejected, and repair or replacement must be provided without cost to the consumer.
**6. Limitation of Liability:**
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
**7. Consumer Rights:**
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
**8. Governing Law:**
This warranty is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory consumer rights that apply where they live.
