Warranty Policy

AHM Electronics provide a 12-month warranty on all products purchased on-line or in person. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

**2. Warranty Period:**
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for 12 months.

**3. What Is Covered:**
During the warranty period, AHM Electronics will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective parts or the entire product. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

**4. What Is Not Covered:**
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or any circumstances beyond normal usage.

**5. Making a Warranty Claim:**
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact AHM Electronics. Proof of purchase is required. If deemed necessary, the customer may be required to return the defective product, and all associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

**6. Limitation of Liability:**
In no event shall AHM Electronics be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

**7. Consumer Rights:**
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

**8. Governing Law:**
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
