Important information

Warranty questions.

Please do not send a product back until we have provided return instructions.

When does the warranty begin?

The 12-month warranty period begins on the original purchase date shown on the valid proof of purchase.

Who can make a warranty claim?

The claim should normally be made by the original purchaser. We may ask for proof that the product was bought from AHM Electronics or from a marketplace listing where AHM Electronics was the seller.

What proof of purchase can I provide?

Suitable proof may include an order confirmation, marketplace order record, receipt, invoice or another document showing the seller, product and purchase date.

What happens after I report a fault?

We may provide troubleshooting guidance or ask for evidence so the issue can be assessed. Where necessary, we may arrange for the product to be returned for inspection.

The available resolution will depend on the product, fault, age, evidence and applicable consumer rights.

Who pays the return cost for an accepted warranty claim?

Contact us before returning the product. If we confirm that a return is required for a potentially valid warranty claim, we will explain the approved return method and any applicable arrangements.

What if I bought through another marketplace?

Warranty-support routes, returns and resolutions may vary according to the marketplace where the order was placed.

If you purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Tesco Marketplace or another marketplace, begin the request through your marketplace account and follow its process. The order should show AHM Electronics as the seller for this AHM warranty to apply.

What if the warranty period has ended?

The end of a voluntary warranty does not automatically remove any statutory consumer rights that may apply. Your rights depend on the circumstances, including the product, fault, age and proof available.

Does the warranty cover replacement products?

Any warranty position for a repaired or replacement product will be confirmed as part of the claim outcome and does not restrict statutory rights.

Can I open or repair the product myself?

Do not dismantle, alter or attempt an unauthorised repair. This may be unsafe, make assessment more difficult and may affect warranty coverage. Contact us first for guidance.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

A warranty is an additional benefit. It does not replace or restrict the legal rights that consumers may have when goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

The warranty terms on this page apply to qualifying products sold by AHM Electronics. Marketplace support processes may vary.
