Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Order, payment-status, delivery, return, refund and warranty information.
  • Account details, preferences and customer-support correspondence.
  • Device, browser, IP address, website activity and cookie information.
  • Marketing preferences, fraud-prevention and security information.

We may receive information directly from you or from Shopify, payment providers, couriers, marketplaces and service providers involved in your transaction.

2. Why we use your information

Orders and delivery

We use your information to accept payment, fulfil orders, provide tracking and handle cancellations, returns, refunds and warranties. The lawful basis is usually performance of our contract with you.

Customer support

We use messages, order details, photographs and videos to answer questions, troubleshoot products and handle complaints. The lawful bases may be contract and legitimate interests.

Legal obligations

We retain and use information for accounting, tax, product-safety, consumer-protection, fraud-prevention and legal purposes.

Marketing

Where required, we send marketing only with consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through the providers displayed at checkout. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number. Providers may process payment, billing, transaction and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy notices.

4. Shopify and store technology

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes customer and visitor information to provide ecommerce, checkout, account, payment, security and related services. Optional services such as Shop and Shop Pay may involve separate processing by Shopify.

5. Who we share information with

Where necessary, we may share information with Shopify, payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, couriers, fulfilment providers, customer-support services, email providers, accountants, analytics providers, marketplaces and public authorities.

We do not sell customer contact details as a standalone mailing list.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Some cookies are necessary for checkout, security, basket contents and account access. Others may support analytics, personalisation or advertising. Where consent is required, optional technologies should not be used until you make a choice through the website’s cookie controls.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, an applicable legal transfer mechanism or safeguard is used, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, warranties, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Accounting and transaction records are generally retained for up to six years after the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where required.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Marketplace purchases

If you purchase through Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Tesco Marketplace or another marketplace, that marketplace also uses information under its own privacy policy and may share order information with us for fulfilment and support.

11. Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
