You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its security, operation, content, checkout or other customers.

You must provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account and keep account credentials secure.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications and compatibility information. Minor differences in colour, appearance, packaging or presentation may occur because of screens, photography, manufacturing updates or packaging changes.

Product dimensions and capacities may be approximate where stated. You are responsible for checking suitability and compatibility before purchase.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Products remain subject to availability. We may correct genuine pricing, description or stock errors before accepting an order. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

After you place an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

A contract is normally formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the product, whichever occurs first.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or incorrect customer information. Where payment has already been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur because of courier disruption, weather, access problems, incorrect address information or events beyond reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered into their physical possession or to a person identified by them to receive the goods.

Consumers buying online may have a legal right to cancel qualifying orders within the applicable cancellation period. Certain exceptions may apply, including goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and become unsuitable for return once unsealed.

Where AHM Electronics is shown as the seller, we remain responsible for our applicable obligations. Marketplace procedures do not remove statutory consumer rights.

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates, availability limits and product exclusions. Unless expressly allowed, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, misuse or fraud, provided this is done fairly and lawfully.

Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to AHM Electronics Ltd unless stated otherwise.

You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You must not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit content without permission, except where law permits.

Reviews and other content must be genuine, lawful and not misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing or unrelated to the product or service.

Where you submit content for publication, you give us permission to display and use it for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
